Summary:
Welcome to Birch Grove Cottage, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This cottage is part of a condo association, located off of Main Street/ Hwy 42 in downtown Fish Creek. It is two stories and features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The living room also includes a queen sofa sleeper. This condo has a fully stocked kitchen, dining table, snack bar, first floor laundry, a back patio and an in-ground, community outdoor swimming pool which is open seasonally. All this and you are within walking distance to everything downtown Fish Creek has to offer.
The Space:
This location is also great for groups-- we offer Yellow Birch Cottage and the Retreat at Sunshine Creek at the same location.

- Additional sleeping space (main level): Pull-out sofa couch (queen) in living room
Bathrooms:
- Bathroom 1 (main level): Half bathroom
- Bathroom 2 (upper level): Full bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer
- Bathroom 3 (upper level): Full bathroom with walk-in shower
Parking:
- 1 outdoor parking spots for condo guests
- Extra parking available in public lot at nearby marina
- No boat, trailer or RV parking.
Condo offers zero entry front door access, however main level only offers 1/2 bathroom and pull out sofa sleeping accommodations.
This condo is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties or other rowdy gatherings.
This property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside of the home.
Please be aware that you must sign a terms and conditions agreement, which will be sent to you separately, to finalize your reservation.

This property is located close to many attractions:
- Right next to Hat Head
- Public parking (vehicles, boats, trailers) is one driveway to the west and is shared with Hat Head
- Walking distance to Wild Tomato, Not Licked Yet and Peninsula State Park
- 2 minute drive to 2 public boat launches
- 3 minute walk to the Fish Creek Beach
- 5 minute walk to downtown Fish Creek shops and restaurants
Other Things to Note:
Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
-Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.

Property was very clean except for a couple very dusty ceiling fans/light fixtures. Everything was well stocked, towels were very fluffy. Only issues were that the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable, there was no full length mirror anywhere, and the dining room vertical blinds were missing slats which allowed people to be able to see in at night. Great location in Fish Creek, walkable to downtown.

Great location. Comfortable cottage (that could be even better with a few improvements). Responsive host when we had problems with the lock on arrival. No issues!

This unit looks great in the photos, but…. The bathroom pocket door in the room with the twin beds could not be closed. The hook used to pull the door out of the pocket was missing. I contacted the management company and they apologized, but did nothing to correct the problem. The bathroom vents and floor had hair and dust on them and the dining room table and chairs were very uncomfortable to sit at. There is no place in the bathrooms to place any personal hygiene items.
