Create a wonderful memory in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offering tranquil accommodations for up to 8 guests. The master bedroom and the second bedroom have a sliding door access to the backyard where you could enjoy the screened saltwater pool. The outdoor area is surrounded with beautiful tropical plants including banana trees and is completely enclosed with a privacy fence.
This is an H O A family neighborhood absolutely NO partying NO loud music quiet hours during the week or 9 PM quiet hours on the weekend 10:30 PM if I do get a noise complaint you’ll be asked to leave with no refund.
Im sorry this has to be said but i am friends with my neighbors and I would like to keep it that way .

“Tropical Home Away From Home” has mostly tile floor in all common areas, the three bedrooms have carpet flooring and a dining area with wood flooring. The kitchen is fully equipped with most of the basic things you will need to enjoy your home cook meal if you want to save money from eating out. The living area holds a large flat screen T.V. , fire stick, playstation3, and WiFi along with comfortable furnishings.
Palm Harbor area offers a variety of entertainment and restaurant options including, Thirsty Marlin in Downtown Palm Harbor, Pinocchio’s Pizza, El Texano Mexican Restaurant, Hellas Restaurant and Bakery in Downtown Tarpon Springs, and many more, as well as dolphin cruises and fishing charters.

Beautiful property! You could feel the pride taken in this well cared for home. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to bike trails and restaurants. Almost immediate response to our questions at check in. A quality value beyond what is typical.

Another Fantastic Stay — Top Quality & Incredible HostThis Vrbo was excellent from start to finish. We had the opportunity to meet the owner in person, and he was just as wonderful as the home itself. Once again, due to weather complications, he accommodated us where he could and was flexible and understanding — something we truly appreciated.The home is newly remodeled, and you can absolutely tell. The owner did the renovation himself, and the craftsmanship shows. The materials, finishes, and technology throughout the home are high quality and thoughtfully chosen. Everything felt fresh, clean, and top notch.The heated pool was perfect, and the screened outdoor space made it easy to relax day or night. The tropical backyard was such a treat — especially the banana and camphor trees. It added such a peaceful, Florida charm that you don’t often get to experience so closely.The home is well equipped, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood that feels safe and family-friendly. You can tell the owner genuinely cares about both the property and the guest experience.Another truly wonderful stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautifully updated getaway.
