Whistling Lumberjack | A Cozy Cabin in the Woods
Tucked quietly among the trees, Whistling Lumberjack is the kind of cabin that makes you slow down the moment you arrive. Birds, wind in the branches, and the gentle hush of the forest replace the noise of everyday life, creating a peaceful retreat that feels miles away from it all.
Inside, the cabin is warm, simple, and full of natural light. The living room is wrapped in windows, letting the forest spill in from every angle, making you feel connected to nature even when you are curled up on the couch. The fully equipped kitchen gives you everything you need to prepare meals, brew coffee, or enjoy a relaxed dinner after a day of exploring.
The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, and the sleeper sofa in the living area allows the cabin to sleep up to four guests, making it perfect for couples, small families, or a quiet getaway with friends.
Step outside onto the deck to enjoy fresh mountain air, fire up the grill, or gather around the outdoor firepit for s’mores, stargazing, and late-night conversations. With boat parking available, it is easy to head out for a day on Raystown Lake and return to your private woodland hideaway.
Whistling Lumberjack is not about luxury.
It is about peace, nature, and feeling wonderfully away from it all.
Come listen to the trees, breathe deep, and let the world slow down.

Very nice and welcoming place in a quiet wooded area, but 15-20 min drive away from all local attractions.
