Cocoonr offers this charming, light-filled 70 m² flat for rent in Cabourg, 650 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A living room with TV, sofas (including a single sofa bed) and a dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including oven, hob, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, electric barbecue, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: sleeps 3 (1 bunk bed: 2 single beds and 1 pull-out bed)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron
Outside:
- A 5 m² east-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Cabourg, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. Everything is within walking distance. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a covered market, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat. (Free parking in the street around the residence).
