This beautiful beachfront condo is the perfect choice for a vacationing couple. Located on the 2nd floor of the quiet Xaman Ha building, this vacation rental has spectacular views of the ocean and access to a sparkling swimming pool.
Welcome to the stunning Xaman Ha condo in the heart of Playa del Carmen, Mexico, where luxury meets the tranquil beauty of the Caribbean. As you step inside, the screened front door and sliding doors to the private terrace allow refreshing Caribbean breezes to waft through the space. The master bedroom promises a restful night's sleep on a pillow-top king bed, surrounded by Mexican hand-crafted bedside tables and artisan lamps. It also features a flat-screen TV and ample closet space, which discreetly houses a stackable washer and dryer. The bathroom is designed for relaxation, featuring a bathtub and shower with an adjustable, hand-held shower head.
The open kitchen and dining room are designed to take full advantage of the marvelous views of the groomed grounds, swimming pool, and Caribbean Sea. The kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with a bottom freezer drawer, granite countertops, a stove, toaster oven, and double sinks. The dining area comfortably seats four, with two additional bar chairs at the counter, all illuminated by stylish light fixtures on a convenient dimmer switch.
The living area invites you to lounge on the comfy leather sectional couch and enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV. Step out onto the private terrace, where wall sconce lighting and a dining area for four allow you to soak in the breathtaking views, day or night.

- Please be aware that seaweed is a natural phenomenon that hits Quintana Roo beaches, especially during the summer months (Apr-Oct). While the local team at Xaman Ha and the municipality make every effort to clean up the seaweed, it can still impact beach conditions and your ability to enjoy the ocean. As it decomposes, it may also produce strong odors. Please make yourself aware of the current state of the seaweed, as we cannot offer refunds for any issues related to seaweed.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
- We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-The beach condition changes every day, weather and hurricanes tend to affect how wide the sand area is in our photos- sometimes the water reaches up to the deck.
-Please note that you will need to check in at the Xaman Ha front desk to get bracelets to use the pool and common areas.

Second time staying on the property and first in the unit. Great view of the pool and sea. Well appointed unit. We already booked for next winter! Close to 5th and all the restaurants and shops but far enough away from the crowds and noise!

We loved this condo and had an easy and wonderful stay! The view is amazing, the grounds are beautiful and everyone was so helpful and nice. We loved the pool and swim up bar - Patty is so awesome and attentive. The beach was gorgeous and we were so close to everything. Seriously the best location! The only thing that did not seem to be working was the guest safe. We followed the directions and kept getting an error - seemed maybe a battery needed to be replaced. Love love love Xaman Ha and will definitely be back! :)
