The space
Rusty block slides to open for the outside world. Together with burned wood fasade this space brings into the wild greenery an element of fire.
Simplest form rarely found in the nature – a block. Hanging over the edge of a steep hill. Grounded, but elevated. Light, yet definite. Spacious interior filled with light and shade, crowned by a rooftop jungle garden.
Encounter the breath-giving force of nature from a rare, serene space that merges the elements in polished simplicity. Burnt wood mingles with light and space in a distinct raster facade, nestled extravagantly in steep jungle canopy. Feel grounded, elevated, and expansive, all at once.

Filip and Petra were great hosts, flowers, fruit and good wine were waiting for us. I was traveling alone with two 12 year old children, they loved the giant trampoline, being awakened by the toucans, visiting the Coati at noon and falling asleep with the croaking of frogs and dives in the pool of course. There are some details to improve but the house is sublime (the most beautiful photos for my Instagram 😉) Maria the maid came every day even on Sunday and she did a very good job. We has a beautiful week and we will definitely return to the “Atelier”
