The space
The impressive building is a complex of Grade I Georgian and unlisted 20th century buildings within the core of the Bath conservation area and World Heritage site.
Despite being right in the city centre, once inside the flat you'll find the space secure, cosy and calming with modern fixtures such as new sash window double glazing, electric thermostatic heating and Hyperoptic Broadband giving you super fast internet.
Step into the bright and airy open plan living space, complemented by a contemporary kitchen with a range of integrated appliances, including an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and also the very important coffee machine!
Relax in the impressive lounge area complete with velvet chesterfield sofa, leather chair, marble table and 49 inch smart TV.
Everything has been carefully designed to a very high standard.
The tranquil, olive green bathroom, is equipped with a powerful shower over a bath; luxury toiletries and soft towels are provided.
The bedroom is stylishly presented in dark tones, with a king sized bed and luxurious quality cotton bed linen, making for a very comfortable night sleep.
Little artistic touches can be found throughout the flat, ensuring that your stay in beautiful Bath is a very special one.

The entire apartment plus communal lift/lobby and stairs. Please note that you must be able to climb stairs to access the property. There is a lift to the third floor and then a flight of stairs to the 4th floor.

Loved every minute of our stay! The location was awesome. As my husband sleeps late, I like to go out, get a cup of coffee and have a sit down to read until he gets up. Several places to get coffee within a few steps...how lovely to sit on a bench and have the view of the Abbey every morning. The one flight of stairs from the third floor to the fourth was not too strenuous for this 70 year old couple. So often the all in one washing machines don't work well...this is the first I've experienced that worked perfectly. We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay in the heart of Bath. Excellent timely contact with Amanda, the host. Couldn’t be a better choice of a place to stay. Panoramic view of history.

The flat was perfectly situated with many of the l sites right outside our door. The flat had everything we needed and was perfectly furnished. We would definitely stay here again!
