Overall we enjoyed our stay after we contacted Spectrum to get the TV working. Even then the program choices were limited. The only annoyance with the proprety was a loud hammering sound whenever we flushed the toilet. The sound would stop if we ran cold water at the same time.
The view was great and we enjpyed dining in the clubhouse and walking around the community.

Condo needs updating and repairs. Location was excellent and it was adequate but a bit disappointing.
