This condo has a very special feature: each rental includes a free private, assigned, covered parking space in the garage!
The master bedroom features a king sized bed, large closet, and private bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king sized bed. The third bedroom has 2 queen sized beds. With the sofa sleeper, this condo comfortably sleeps 10! We have flat screen TVs in each room.
The kitchen has new cabinets, granite and stainless steel appliances and is stocked with everything you need for dining in.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No smoking allowed.
* Oversized vehicles, boats, or trailers are not allowed to park on the property.

The condo was clean and exactly as described. Great balcony, everything in good repair, clean sheets on the beds, and hosts that answered Vrbo messages promptly. The Phoenix VI building is very nice, the beach couldn’t be closer, and both the indoor and outdoor pools were a hit with the kids. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as advertised and just great. Would rent this property again. Everything was clean and well stocked.

The property furniture needs some updating. Especially the outdoor furniture. Not as welcoming has pictured. Also in the bedroom wirh the double queen beds the tv didnt work. I reqched out for assistance someone cqme qnd lookat the tv and said it needed replacing and would be back but never came back. So my son ended up sleeping on the couch. The location is great next to lots of fun things. We loved the warf and the gulf to eat. The lady atthe front desk of condo was rude and unhelpful as well. This condo is on the 9th floor so it has great view's.
