Located slope-side at Park City Mountain Resort, The Lodge at Mountain Village #303 offers true ski-in/ski-out access - offering convenience and a comfortable, well-appointed retreat for up to six guests. This 1-bedroom plus loft, 2-bathroom condo is perfect for both winter and summer getaways, with direct access to the slopes and a central location near shops, restaurants, and the ice skating rink.
IMPORTANT NOTE: April 2026-September 2026 - Plaza construction at the base of Park City Mountain Resort is ongoing April 2026 through September 2026. Guests should expect construction noise during daytime hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) and some access limitations in the plaza area. Please contact our Guest Services Office for current conditions.
Inside, you'll find a warm and inviting living space featuring a gas fireplace, a full kitchen with dining island, and a small balcony offering courtyard and mountain views. The master bedroom includes a king bed, while the loft bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The unit also includes air conditioning for warmer months and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Community amenities include:
Indoor/outdoor swimming pool and hot tub (off-site)
Fitness center (off-site)
Underground parking for one vehicle
Elevator access
Ski locker facility with direct slope access
Coin-operated laundry on the same floor
Guests will check in via our convenient "Direct to Condo" process. A pre-registration form is required in advance to receive your electronic door code.

Nice place and you can’t beat the location! Clean and comfortable with all the necessities Easy check in and out. Parking garage is convenient. We love staying at the Mountain Lodge because it is right at the bottom of the mountain. We could see the jumps and half pipe from the balcony. Fun to watch while grabbing a snack in between skiing sessions.

Very clean, well organized, has everything you need. Can walk to all necessities. Bus system gets you to the rest. Would stay here again!

Great Location for Skiing and the See and Ski is very convienient to rent from. Good experience all around.

Overall the space was clean but well worn. Bathrooms are stuffy, kitchen wear could use an ikea refresh. Pool was great for the kids and location can't be beat.
