Great location and amenities! Very secure building with a gated garage - fit my suburban (barely!) Elevator to all levels. Outdoor shower to rinse off beach sand was very convenient. Pictures are accurate - immaculately clean and spacious. Beach was practically right outside the building, and easy walking to the bay to paddleboard. SeaWorld has changed their 845pm fireworks show to a drone show, which we could see at night from the patio (please excuse my mediocre pics but they'll give you an idea.

Great spot. Block from the beach and heart of MB. Rental is perfect for solo or a couple.

Wonderful stay at Jay’s beachside condo. So close to the ocean, nicely remodeled, elegant and well maintained. Looking forward to returning soon!
