Ilikai Marina Building Notice - July 21, 2026
Please be advised that the building is currently undergoing exterior painting as part of its ongoing improvement project.
-Balcony access is available; however, exterior painting is still ongoing on the city side of the building.
-The project began in May 2025 and is currently scheduled for completion in Fall 2026.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while these building improvements are being completed.

-Bed linens (including one set of linens and one blanket for each bed), bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels
-Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including a coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender)
-Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
-Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)
BUILDING DOES NOT HAVE A POOL

Room was clean and supplied with all amenities, unfortunately we had to leave the next day due to a family emergency. The hosts were understanding and willing to remove all the food we had purchased.

The unit was clean and pleasantly decorated. It was also warm. Definitely needed the air conditioning. The kitchen could be better equipped. Not even a baking sheet .... which we needed. Constant dripping of hot water in shower. Also, the bathroom door stuck, which was annoying.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Pros: Location is good to avoid packed Waikiki. Well-stocked convenience store across the street. Short walk to Ala Moana. Friday Fireworks right downstairs. Size is good. Parking no problem. Nice and clean.Cons: Bed and sofa bed is hard, not comfortable. Couch low to ground. Extremely loud all night partying next door. Trash shoot right next to it-loud. No oil/nonstick spray/salt/pepper, etc. Marina filthy and nasty to look at.
