My family and I really enjoyed this house for our annual trip to Ski Cooper. The house is a lot bigger than the pictures make it appear. The four bedrooms provided plenty of personal space for the 6 of us. The living room and entry room area I thought was a little weird in the pictures but upon arrival it was great. We used the TV side to watch tv, play games and hang out and the other side we were able to store the dog kennel, ski clothes, and our totes. The hot water heater provided plenty of water for the 6 us of to take showers after each day of skiing. The kitchen had ample counter top areas to keep our snacks and food visible and within easy reach. The beds were a really firm foam type of material so thy weren't the most comfortable but after full days of skiing no one in my group complained after the first night. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone traveling in the area. If it fits our schedule for our next trip to Leadville, we will book it again. We also appreciate the host and cleaning crew working hard to let us check in around 2. After a drive from central Texas, this was greatly appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay in this nice house. Very roomy. Easy for our elderly mother to get around. Very nice neighborhood. Close to town and a lake and creeks nearbye. The grassy backyard had a leaning fence, the property manager said that was known and to be fixed soon. A very nice kitchen will everything we needed for cooking. Fancy bedrooms and showers. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

We didn’t see the binder with all the info on the property until the morning we left. It would have been helpful to have it in the kitchen counter.
