Very close to beach. Walkable if you like. Also right at parking on beach area. Would try and stay here again on a return trip. Very clean and well maintained

The unit is beautifully appointed with new furniture and bedding. It is a bit of a stair climb to get up to the top floor where the unit is situated, but it is worth it. The condo is located down the street from the beach and walking distance to restaurants. It was large enough to accommodate our family of 3 adults and 1 child and provided enough privacy for all. The large porch was peaceful looking over the trees. The hosts communicated with us every step of the way. We encountered no issues or concerns throughout our weekend stay and thoroughly enjoyed Amelia Island.
