Place is phenomenal. Clubhouse is amazing both pools are fantastic. Perfect get away with kids.

Rooms were clean and welcoming. We unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy the clubhouse to use pool and hot tub. Would definitely love to come back!

The house was excellent and the owner, Joe, was so quick to respond! The beds were so comfortable and the house was perfect. Thanks Joe!

The host was welcoming . The house needs major updating and cleaning. The garbage can was filthy. There was dried sticky food covering the outside of it. When I pulled the trash bag out trash bucket I saw what looked like mold covering the bottom, it was all black and it was not from us. All three beds were uncomfortable, thinking they are all very old. The closet in the downstairs bedroom had no door on it and was stuffed with junk. I kept my clothes in my suitcase. The house smelled of mildew. The mildew scent stayed on our clothes. The house temperature was cool, we couldn't turn up the heat as the thermostats were locked at 70. The nights got down to in the 30's. Location was good. Quiet neighborhood not far from Brattleboro.I have rented from VRBO and this is the first time I have to say I would never go back to that house.
