3 blocks from beach! Brand new, this is a two bed room fully furnished living space with a bathroom, shower and kitchen with a living room. Six beds and a pullout couch that sleep up to ten people. The living room contains a comfy couch, coffee table, and smart tv. Included in the apartments are personal washer and dryers to use if needed. Each bedroom contains its own smart tv and fan. Beach accessories coming soon! (surf boards, boogie boards, etc) Located in the heart of Pacific Beach. Walking distance from beach, variety of restaurants, and night life.

Location cleanliness and overall site interior was excellent. It is Pacific Beach so you must realize it will be loud especially at night some of the other tenants were a little loud but nothing that ear plugs couldn't solve very easily. If you're here for Pacific Beach and the nightlife there is no better place for the money than this place, if you come with a family this may be a little too loud for you.

The location was perfect for our needs, close to SeaWorld and the beach. Surrounded by great restaurants and shopping. The apartment was clean and met all our needs for space.

nice and confortable little apartment so clean and relaxing place the only thingi dont like was the neighbor door guy , he has so much stuff out side in the way we need to cross to the apartment door !. onestly

It's near to beach but the place is small for a family.. looks like it's a California thing .. has only one bathroom.. bedrooms are small and doesn't have ac but only fans... Only living room has ac and also very tight in space... It's near to the beach so for a family it's going to be too tight
