This house is amazing. It is meant for large families, who also want to have their own space. We were a party of 5 adults, a toddler and infant. We had plenty of room with shared spaces and also room for those needed quiet moments. Very comfortable and close to everything in Topeka!

This place was perfect for us. The kitchen is huge and has everything you would possibly need. The area is so fun with the lake right there. Lots of outdoor space even though it was too cold to enjoy for us.

It was a phenomenal stay. Rooms were tidy and place was big enough to accommodate everyone! Nice neighborhood and place to stay.

My family was excited to stay in this premier location. It has several beds and rooms so everyone in my family had their private space. There was a myriad of dishes and the basics were available. All the TVs had a Roku so we could stream our shows in our rooms. The furniture is a mixed style but comfortable.Upon arrival, it's clear that this property is a work in progress. The master bathroom does not have hot water while the rest of the house does. Upon first look, the beds were clean but some of the blankets were not. The cleanliness overall was subpar with dust and dirt all over the ground that our items were dirtied immediately. The dryer was still running with a load of towels that had not been put away. For a property that is so strict on proper cigarette disposal, it was clear that this was not enforced. There were cigarette butts strewn across the entryway rocks and the garage reaked of cigarettes. The garage was full of debris and the fridge was not plugged in. In addition, there is a woodpecker infestation in the house. We understand that this house is a work in progress and hope this review helps along the way.
