Welcome to 451 Captain’s Walk in Palmetto Dunes Resort! A Premier Hilton Head Island Location.
**This condo is direct oceanfront. It is not an 8 min. Drive to beach.**
4th Floor condo out of 5 with elevator.
Centrally located to everything on the Island. This beautiful oceanfront villa is just steps away from the beach.
Walk in and be immediately welcomed by the ocean. Just to the right is the kitchen, which has been updated and features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and custom cabinetry. The dining room table seats six, as well as a breakfast bar with three stools. The living room has plenty of seating to relax and admire the view from inside or outside on the patio. 45" Samsung Smart TV in Living Room. 40" Smart TV's in each of the bedrooms. (Please know that you will need to use you own accounts for streaming networks, ie, Netflix) … Board Games for Families, Keurig & Mr. Coffee Drip Coffee Maker, Blender for Frozen Drinks or Shakes, Ice Maker.
The primary bedroom consists of a King Bed. The guest bedroom consists of Two Queen Beds. Each bedroom has a private bathroom.
The beach is just a short trip down the elevator!
The private balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the ocean views and breezes. The outdoor entertainment area features an oceanfront pool. Unwind in this fantastic fourth floor villa for your next vacation

These unique multi-story oceanfront buildings are surrounded by well-maintained grounds featuring lush tropical landscaping and palm trees. These villas offer scenic views, large balconies, and comfortable living spaces. Most offer spectacular oceanfront views from the living room, balcony, and master bedroom.
Captain's Walk has:
• Large oceanfront pool - HEATED POOL as needed until December 1 and then again on March 1 until no longer needed.
***SPECIAL POOL NOTE: Pool will be closed Nov. 2 - 9 for Repairs/Paint weather permitting***

• Cabana,
• Covered deck with multiple sundecks,
• Charcoal & Propane grilling areas

RESORT & CONDO INFORMATION
-Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
-Daily maid service is not included in rental rate, each villa is cleaned prior to arrival & stocked with 6 sets of towels, fresh linen on bed, and a starter supply of toilet tissues, dish soap, hand soap and paper towels.
- Washer and Dryer - you will have 2 pods used for Washing
- This unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED - HOA RULE
-NO SMOKING in Condo or on Patio. Please leave unit and smoke in common open area if needed.
-No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
-Rental guests must be 25 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.

The condo was clean and well stocked. The host/manager was exceptional. The beach view was beautiful. The only criticism is the noise from the pool was loud and distracting when enjoying the ocean view. We would go back if we had small children with us.

The host was readily available with our first-day question when the elevator was broken.The condo is wonderful; perfect view of the ocean; quiet, excellent kitchen and bath.Comfy and new furniture, comfy bed. We didn't use the 2nd bedroom but the primary bedroom was so roomy.Check-in was easy. A very short walk to the amazing beach.

I wish we could have stayed longer! The condo is delightful! Clean, comfortable, updated interior. Spectacular porch with unobstructed views.
