Three bedroom two bath townhome in safe, quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located in Perry near downtown, I-75, and the GA National Fair Grounds. Plenty of space to enjoy with friends and/or family. Whether you are in town for business or just here enjoying all that Perry has to offer, this townhome will feel like home away from home. High speed internet with desk, large sectional sofa, six person dining table, fully furnished kitchen,, washer and dryer, and the backyard is fenced in for added privacy..

Excellent property! Beyond expectations. Location was very close to restaurants, grocery store and downtown Perry. Highly recommend this home for your next stay.

Parking is only for 2 cars, and we had 3 cars. Street parking was a little hard. The property was nice and had what we needed for our stay. Taking out the garbage and washing the towels is not what I expected for the price of the unit.

Great condo. Stayed 8 nights while at the NBHA Youth and Teen Worlds. Location is close to fairgrounds and stores. Thank you Mitch.
