About the Space
The rental is a fully private, ground-level home originally built in the 1960s, constructed from solid cinder block—the kind of sturdy, no-nonsense Florida construction you just don’t see anymore. It has been thoughtfully cared for and updated while preserving its original character and coastal charm.
We live upstairs in a completely separate residence with its own entrance. The rental has its own private entrance, outdoor space, dock access, and beach area, so guests can enjoy their stay in peace while knowing the owners are nearby if anything is needed.

Don't let the outside fool you. It's an old Florida beach house. The inside is modern and has everything you need. The bay is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, great fishing dock, and 5 minutes from anywhere in Pensacola. You could walk to Native Cafe. The owners live in a separate house on the second floor and are super nice.

Host was great, A/C worked well, great location close to everything. Beautiful bayside views. We used the beach on the property, kayaks and SUP were nice. Fished off the prier. Host lives upstairs, but we never saw them.

Great response time by the host and loved that there was a lot to do in the house.

Code did not work on arrival. Called, texted, messaged her. No response. Had to call VRBO. They were in process of documenting when she sent the correct code. We got in okay after almost 2 hours. Rented for 8 people. only 5 towels provided. Not enough washcloths. Floor very dirty. Needed moping. Property site in a great place. Close to all things. Water and dock with white sand beach. BEAUTIFUL. Bikes had flat tires. Unable to ride them as advertised. Accommodation regarding number of beds and pillows was great. Huge appliances. layout great.
