You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
After a long day you'll have a safe and quiet home to go back to. You can stream your favorite shows and movies on our Smart TVs after preparing a meal in your well-equipped kitchen. Queen bed for a couple or a solo traveler.

Looking to shop til you drop? We got you! Penn Square Mall is just around the corner - 5 to 10 min driving distance. And of course we could never forget about nightlife and entertainment. In the surrounding areas like Downtown and Paseo they’ve got some of the best night clubs and bars just waiting for you and your friends to bring the fun!
Whether you're in town for business or pleasure I'm sure that you'll enjoy everything this cozy space, vibrant community, safe neighborhood and exceptional city has to offer.

There are cameras installed throughout the building (outside of the Apartment) to see who comes in and out of the property. This helps to protect the safety of each and every guest. If you have more questions about this please reach out.
We want nothing more than your stay to be 5 stars, so we've listed a couple of things below that we think you should know and will help prepare you for your future stay!
Stays Longer Than 28 Days:
If you are planning to stay with us for more than 28 days, you may be required to sign a contract prior to arriving at the property. This is simply to make sure that all rules are followed.
Also, please remember this is Oklahoma and in Oklahoma we have bugs/insects/flies year round. They will always try to get inside. So please don’t keep the windows open for an extended period of time if you don’t want bugs/insects getting in. Also, if you aren’t from Oklahoma I want to assure you that there will be a rodent or ants and other things coming into the homes at one point of your stay so please let us know and we will spray. We won’t be able to do a refund for that as it is typical thing happening. We want to assure you know it before you book.

I needed a place to stay while handling some final work related to my parents' estates, and this place was perfect for that. It's clean, well-provided, and the owners were courteous and quick in their communications. If you want to be within walking distance of the Paseo and everything that comes with that, you can't really go wrong with this place. There are neighbors, but I didn't hear anything from any of them. It is upstairs, so if you have mobility needs, make sure to communicate about that. Otherwise, it's a nicely furnished living room, kitchenette, and bedroom with quality HVAC.

This apartment was just right for my individual needs. Very convenient to most everywhere I needed to go. Though an older apartment, the upgrades made the stay quite pleasant.

I enjoyed so much my short stay here. All the appliances are new. The kitchen was tastefully decorated and featured subway tile backsplashes that complemented the countertops. The neighborhood was so quiet, I would like to come back with a good book. I hope this place is available for my next trip to OKC.

I enjoyed my short stay. The apartment Was very clean and neighbors were quiet I had a like trouble with turn on the tv at times but I would definitely be staying again next time longer
