The property is clean and the property manager responded quickly and thoroughly the two times I reached out to her, which we appreciated. There’s a pool up the hill. It’s nice and the kids loved it. PERK.The property is very spacious. There were 6 adults and 6 kids in our group and we appreciated all the space, especially 4 bathrooms so no multi-family sharing. BIG PERK.This property has a lot of miles on it. It’s well-taken care of so everything works, but it’s quite dated. The first thing you see when you pull into the drive is a broken wooden bench. That needs to go. It sets the tone.When you walk in you see stained, stretched out carpet in the heavy traffic areas. It’s the 1990’s hunter green so they got their money’s worth. It needs to be replaced with a dark plank that’s more forgiving for a rental.The shower tub combos in the bathrooms are not standard size. They are very small. A child could bathe in the tubs but not ideal for adults. Toilets are also small and low.There is very little storage for folded clothes in the bedrooms upstairs. Each room has a small chest of drawers with 4 small drawers. The only hangers in the closet are very used, bent wire hangers. We were there for 7 days-not adequate for a long stay.The above would not deter another stay by us but I feel these are important things for others to know before booking. We had a busy week so we were hardly there, but we would consider this a minimalist property. It’s due for a few upgrades.

Off the main rush of Branson but close enough to EVERYTHING. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with easy access to the home both front and back. We had an issue with the oven but maintenance was there in no time. Very responsive property contact.

Overall, the house was OK.It would’ve been better if we could’ve gotten more channels than just one on the TV maybe if they could add an antenna that would help.Downstairs room five the bathroom smelled like cat urine. Or they had a cat living there at one time.The balcony was dirty, and the cushions that were there were musty and mildewy needed a deep cleaning.Could use some updated carpet.But as far as location to Silver Dollar City it was awesome and the kids really enjoyed the swimming pool.
