Yet it feels like you are away from it all in the quiet community. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, it will sleep up to 8 guests - perfect for families, or couples! It's a charming place to stay if you want to be in the middle of everything Canyon Lake & the Guadalupe River have to offer!
Fully furnished with all the comforts of home and a huge fenced in back yard for your fur friends! Plenty of room for everyone whether watching TV, eating, cooking, playing games, or just hanging out. The master boasts a king bed with an en suite private full bath. The guest bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed with a twin trundle. The guest bath is right across the hall from the guest bedroom and convenient to the living room and kitchen. Washer and dryer just down the hall so you can pack light. Catch an amazing sunset from the back yard while relaxing at the outdoor dining table with 8 seats or grill up some steaks on the charcoal grill while the kids play cornhole and watch the fireflies dance.
Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This home has room for 3-4 vehicles no campers, RV's or trailers allowed. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
The house is conveniently located only 2 miles from Whitewater Amphitheater and Canyon Lake and boat ramp #1, 17 miles from downtown New Braunfels, historic Gruene and Schlitterbahn water park. Shopping is just 19 miles away at the outlet Malls of San Marcos. Nearby attractions in San Antonio include the Alamo, Fiesta Texas, and the famous San Antonio River Walk, 46 miles away. The house was everything as listed. There was a cemetery behind the backyard fence and the neighbor across the street played music for most of the night and had swastika emblems all of their house.The business itself that rented the house was very informative with information about checking in and out

The place was great for the general area. Very clean and well kept. The open floor plan made it a fun place to hang out at with family. The management company kept great communication throughout the duration and everything else about it was just great. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone coming out to hang out in the area.

The back yard was not mowed some areas were 12 inches tall. The Fridge and freezer were unsafe for food. Did not cool correctly. Has a note on fridge not to adjust temperature or it would effect the efficiency. But it was not cold when we arrived. We had to buy ice and keep our food cold in ice chests. The house across from rental had swirling colored lights that ran all night long and unsightly junk all over there front yard and there dogs would rush us at night when we cam home from dining. The rental was clean inside and beautifully decorated. Would be easier if they had the existing instructions all in a booklet.
