Walking distance to downtown. Soaker tub and a handicap shower. Handicap stove and extra wide doorways. There are a few steps up to the entrance. Stone and hardwood flooring. Whether you are visiting for business, family or vacation, this separate unit is the very best option for enjoyment and peace of mind. Apartment size washer and dryer, handy for longer stays.
We operate a whale watching business in St. Andrews (Jolly Breeze) and are offering the Granny Suite attached to side of our home for rent. The unit has a kitchenette, soaker tub and a stand up shower, wireless internet and TV. One bedroom with a queen size bed (Made in Canada Douglas foam mattress and pine bed, natural bamboo protector. There is a couch/futon queen size in the livingroom. Located 1/2 mile to downtown Water street and close to the Algonquin Hotel. Private driveway and entrance. Heat pump for heat or air conditioning as needed for your comfort. Sleeps 3 occupancy max. (one queen bed plus one queen futon).

Property exactly as presented. Very clean and tidy. Property was well stocked for cooking and just about anything else you could think of. Perfect size for a couple. We were at an event at Kingsbrae Garden, about a 10 minute walk. Easy walk to Water St where most of the restaurants are located. Very quiet area. Great location. Comfortable bed. Lots of linens. Washer and dryer in the unit if you needed them. Would stay here again. Good value as hotels in the area are limited and expensive.

We had a wonderful stay. They are very kind people who made us feel truly welcome. Everything was explained clearly in detail before our arrival, which made check-in very easy. The place was extremely clean, and they had thought of everything to make the stay comfortable.It’s located on a quiet street, so we slept very well, while still being close to restaurants, cafés, and other conveniences. Of all the places we have stayed before, this was definitely one of the best. Highly recommended!

Our week at the Jolly Whales was very relaxing. The home was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Excellent location, very close to downtown and some beautiful hiking trails. Beautiful place.
