On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, an oven, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, and all the necessary utensils for meal preparation. The dining area features a large table for 8 people, while the living room offers a cozy sofa and SAT TV for relaxing evenings. From the living area, there is access to a spacious terrace with a dining table for 8 and a stone barbecue – perfect for outdoor dining.
Upstairs, there are three additional spacious bedrooms, all with comfortable double beds, an extra bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. All bedrooms, except the naturally cool one on the ground floor, are air-conditioned for maximum comfort. From the upper floor, you can access a shaded terrace with a sea view, equipped with a dining table, a comfortable sofa, and a refrigerator with an ice maker, ensuring cold drinks are always at hand.
The outdoor areas of Villa Magdalea are beautifully designed. The large garden with various shaded spots invites relaxation. On hot summer days, a 24 m² pool provides refreshment, surrounded by eight sun loungers placed around the terraces. Parking for multiple vehicles is available in front of the villa.
