The property was beautiful, but worn about the edges. The management company obviously does not periodically check the maintenance of this property. The day we arrived there was a broken chair in the dining room and a broken chair on the rooftop deck. I called the management company and informed them, then sent pictures as requested. I was told a maintenance person would come by on Monday, no one showed up or called. I didn’t bother to pursue the issue, we made due, I didn’t want to spend my vacation dealing with issues that should have been resolved long before we arrived. The pool and outdoor area was nice, the location was convenient and the house suited our overall needs. We had 9 adults in our party ranging in age from 20 to 74.

Loved the house! Super cute and awesome pool area! Enjoyed the house and would definitely rent it again! This was our 3rd house on Anna Maria.

Casa Amiga was amazing for our girls trip! The property was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed! Hosts were responsive to any questions we had, and they made everything so easy. The pool and hot tub were perfect to chill at after a day at the beach. Great location, with shops and cafes just down the street. Beautiful beaches surrounding the neighborhood! Wonderful experience and would absolutely book again.

Location and pool/hot tub were good plus plenty of good chairs and wagon for the beach; house only okay. Many things in home need to be repaired/replaced: - Ice maker did not work and when this was reported only one 7 lb. bag of ice was provided for our three night stay. - The sofa frame was broken in several places with broken back and wood sticking out. - Refrigerator on lower level (outside) did not work. - Main sliding glass door was VERY hard to open and close. - One of the toilets would not refill with water. - Bikes were not rideable; tires were flat. - Nowhere close to put-in the kayaks. The dock did not have a ladder and would have been very difficult to use. - Broken chair on rooftop deck. - No bluetooth speaker/stereo/radio in the house. - Other than the rooftop, the house windows and two small decks have little to no view.We had a nice stay, but felt the house was a little over sold and needs some attention. We will select a different property next time when we return to Anna Maria.
