Live the beach life! An opportunity to live across the street from Kailua Beach Park, with the perfect combination of sandy beach, large grassy areas, tall ironwood trees, and turquoise-blue waters. You will love this generous ground-level one-bedroom, one-bathroom home. Private and separate from the main house with ample living area, bathroom, large kitchen area & outdoor patio, for indoor-outdoor living. The quiet split AC's, tile flooring and covered parking make this a comfortable beach rental.
There are two split A/C units, double-paned windows, an outdoor grill area and covered parking. Easy walk to Buzz’s Restaurant or Kalapawai Market.
