Apartment on the first floor of a small residence with 13 apartments. Built in 1985. Located at the place called LES RIONDES, 750 m from the center of La Clusaz. At the foot of the blue Beauregard slope 50 meters away (connection with the entire area) and hiking trail departures (slope at 17%). Beautiful view of the ARAVIS mountain range and the village. Quiet. Bus route nearby.

A MANSARD MEZZANINE (carpet floor) 8.70 m2 less than 1.8 m, 1 bed 160 cm for 2 people (individual electric bed bases 2 x 80)

Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Right next to ski slopes , nearby bus station, 10 mins walk to the town. Perfect for 2 young kids and 2 adults. Nice kitchen appliances.
Wifi box connection is not as good as we expected. Not possible to working from home.
Will be perfect if there’s a laundry machine for long stay.

La situation et le fait d'avoir un endroit où garer sa voiture. Les équipements du logement très complets
Dommage qu'il n'y est pas de prise dans la salle de bain. Inventaire non remis à jour et par conséquent quelques objets manquant.
