The apartment is located on the tenth floor with elevator of the Bosmar Building, about 400 meters from restaurants, shops and supermarkets, and just 1 km from Pals beach. The area is quiet and pleasant, in front of an ideal forest if you like to walk and enjoy nature.
The apartment is designed to make the most of its sea view. It has a large space shared by the kitchen, dining room and living room, with direct access to the balcony. This room has views from the Montgrí natural park to the Medes Islands. The terrace is equipped with an outdoor table and two chairs.
