Apartment in a chalet with 23 apartments, built in 1988, located in the upper part of LA CLUSAZ village, place called Les Granges. 260 meters from Bossonnet ski slopes (ESF gathering). 200 meters from shops. Quiet, with beautiful view of the slopes and ARAVIS mountain range. Full south exposure.
ENTRANCE: (parquet floor) 4.62 m2, wardrobe, sleeping area, 2 BUNK BEDS (70), storage drawer, shelf,
BATHROOM: 1.93 m2, bathtub and sink, independent W-C, towel dryer,
DINING ROOM (parquet floor) 12.82 m2, dining area, flat screen TV, 1 quick convertible sofa bed (160), bench, wardrobe closet, bay window overlooking south balcony 5.21 m2, garden furniture
KITCHEN AREA: 4 electric plates, microwave, 110 L refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, raclette appliance, high table (dim 0.50 x 1.20 m), high chairs.

Retirer l'ancien canapé qui prend beaucoup de place.
