10 out of 10 would highly recommend! We had 14 guys staying in the house and had more than enough room. House is super nice and the owner was very helpful with any questions we had and responded quickly. Would certainly book this house again if we are back in Austin

a smaller of us (5) rented this place for a reunion of source between childhood friends. The place was perfect, very nice kitchen, nice dining table, very close to the water. it could easily sleep and accommodate a much larger group. If we ever need something here for that purpose, I’ll be renting this one again for sure.
