Mid Level: 1 King Master Bedroom with private bathroom and deck access 3 Queen Master Bedrooms each with private bathrooms and deck access, private office, den with TV and deck access and laundry room with washer and dryer with utility sink.
Top Level: Open living space with ocean views! Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.
Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

It was all great except we could not use the pool because the heater was broken. 9 disappointed grandchildren. The house and location were very good. The administration was on the ball and pleasant. Would definitely recommend
