LA CASITA — A Peaceful Country Retreat Near Tías

THE HOME
At the heart of La Casita is a bright and spacious open-plan living and kitchen area. Large patio doors open directly onto the beautifully maintained lawned garden, creating a wonderful connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

A light-filled corridor leads from the living area to the bedrooms and family bathroom.
The first bedroom is bright and inviting, with two comfortable single beds and patio doors opening directly onto the garden.

The spacious master bedroom features a large double bed and its own patio doors providing direct access to the garden.

At the end of the corridor is a family bathroom, offering plenty of space and comfort for your stay.

OUTDOOR LIVING, GARDEN & POOL
Just six steps lead up to the elevated pool terrace and a second garden area — a wonderful private space designed for relaxing, dining and making the most of Lanzarote’s year-round sunshine.

A comfortable outdoor seating area features a sofa and two inviting armchairs, making it the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, relax with a good book or take in spectacular sunsets over the surrounding countryside.

For those who enjoy dining outdoors, the outdoor kitchen and BBQ area is ideal for relaxed al fresco meals. It includes a large American-style BBQ with two side burners, a fridge, sink and a spacious dining table with seating for up to 10 guests.

Overlooking the terrace is the impressive 9m x 4m heated swimming pool, making it easy to socialise, relax and keep an eye on the children while they enjoy the water.

The pool is surrounded by a generous terrace and lush lawn, with plenty of space for sun loungers and relaxing in the sunshine. At the far end of the pool, a dedicated sunbathing deck provides an ideal spot to soak up the Lanzarote sun.

There is also a convenient outdoor shower room, perfect for rinsing off before or after a refreshing dip in the pool.

La Casita combines the peace and privacy of a countryside escape with comfortable indoor living and fantastic outdoor spaces — making it an ideal base for enjoying the landscapes, sunshine and relaxed pace of Lanzarote.
