A sweet farmhouse set in the midst of a stretching prairie...beautiful!

A wonderful and peaceful setting perched on a hillside under a pecan tree that makes morning coffee taste better. Would stay here 10 more times.

This charming little farmhouse was a wonderful find. I rented it for a girls’ getaway with my sisters-in-law. I don’t know the age of the home, but it was appropriately updated without losing any of the character and personality of its time. Everything was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The area itself is rural, private and quiet with an enormous starlit sky. Literally enormous. The sunrises and sunsets are perfect for starting or winding down any day. If you enjoy any of those things, you will love this little gem.

Cheryl's property was excellent! She was readily available if we needed anything, and the house is charming! We stayed for the Round Top Antiques Show and it was close enough to get there every day. I would highly recommend her guest house!
