This updated 2-story penthouse at North Coast Village, F312, is steps from the beach with multiple ocean views. Sleep to the sound of waves, and watch the sunset from your master bedroom. Lounge on the oversized, south-facing upper patio or lower patio, overlooking the pool with additional views of the ocean.
KITCHEN AND DINING
Enjoy porcelain wood flooring, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. This beautifully upgraded kitchen is also equipped with dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, coffee pot, Keurig, and everything you need to serve up some tasty meals!
The dining area comfortably seats 6 and there are also 2 additional spots at the bar for quick bites.
LIVING AREAS
The living area is tastefully furnished with plenty of comfortable seating arrangements for 6. Relax in the large sectional couch with oversized cushions and a chaise lounge. Unwind by watching your favorite shows on the large flat screen smart TV with Cable TV offering 250+ channels. For the occasional cool winter day, or to create an ambiance, there is a fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.
The luxuriousness of the unit continues into the bathroom with gorgeous custom-tiled tub shower combos and separate vanities.
SLEEPING
F312 is set up to sleep 6 guests with a Cali king bed in the master bedroom and a queen and twin bed in the 2nd bedroom. The bedrooms also host large smart TVs with basic cable. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is also a full-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. This way, no matter your group configuration, there's a setup that works for everyone.
**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

Hot tub and pool were great! Two assigned parking spots in the garage were nice to have. Room was very spacious and clean. It was a nice room. The bathroom in the main Suit had a few ants that the owner will need to address. The ants are on the bathroom counter upstairs and in the toilet & tub area on the floor. The cleaners came early and knocked on our door at 8:45 AM to see if they could start cleaning. We told them we were planning on checking out at the designated 10 AM. We were out of the room by 9:40 AM but it felt like they were trying to push us out early.

Excellent condo, great view of the ocean from main bedroom, and super clean!! My only request would be a Keriug coffee machine…but that’s just me being spoiled! Overall highly recommend and will be coming back!

This unit was perfect for our family's need for a fantastic Thanksgiving away from home. The location next to the beach is ideal, and the end top floor unit was great. It was well stocked, very clean and comfortable. The pool, hot tub, and of course beach and proximity to Oceanside were exactly what we were looking for.

The property was perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed the space it provided for us to relax, and the closeness to the beach. We would definitely choose to stay here again!
