Our newly renovated & charming 1-bedroom bungalow has everything you need for your Brownwood, TX stay.
Centrally located near downtown Brownwood and Howard Payne University. Conveniently walk to The Lehnis Railroad Museum or Depot Plaza and enjoy events put on by the Chamber of Commerce. Take a short 1/2 mile drive to downtown & experience the local shops & restaurants.
If you need more space, book Station A too & enjoy the entire property privately.
Comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests, the unit comes with a laundry center, Wi-Fi, and laptop-friendly workspace. During your stay, you can also enjoy using a fully equipped kitchen, natural gas fireplace for a cozy movie night, and shared patio space with outdoor fire pit.

This rental was perfect for our trip. Had a very clean facility. The parking was great since we had a boat behind us, there was plenty of room for both. I was impressed with the fact there was a washer dryer in the cabin as well as kitchen supplies for cooking, eating and cleaning. The breezeway was a bonus supplied with a bbq pit, chairs, table and cornhole boards. We were close to restaurants but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town. We will book here again.
