When you’re surrounded by the tropics in every capacity, even indoors, you’ll know that paradise has been found. Luckily, it’s already been found at this 2,000 square foot house. It sleeps ten, with one king bed, two queens, one full over full bunkbed, and three bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.

As soon as you pull into the driveway, you’re greeted by the bright green tropical grass and shrubbery. Making your way inside, you’ll soon realize that the theme of this house is contemporary paradise, which mixes decorative touches from both the surrounding tropics and modern styles. Tropical sunlight floods through the many windows and brightens each and every room. Cozy furnishings and local décor further enhance the tropically tranquil ambience of the rooms. Relax on the sectional couch and enjoy your shows on the wall-mounted television in the living room. To top it off, this room opens up to the lanai, so you’ll be able to enjoy the comforts of both at the same time.

Ready for some fun in the sun? Luckily, it’s just a step away on the lanai. Surrounded by tropical plants, you'll be mesmerized by the oasis that awaits you. The experience is even more enjoyable while splashing in the heated pool or basking in the sun on the loungers. When it’s time for lunch, a poolside meal for the entire family is perfect, as this home comes with a full outdoor kitchen. And there’s no better way to end a day in the tropics than enjoying the brilliant orange sky from a tropical sunset in the hot tub.

Time to eat? Well, the open kitchen features barstool chairs along the island-style quartz countertop and comes with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve a family dinner or tropical treat on the lanai.

Feeling tired after your day of fun in the sun? Fortunately, every bedroom comes with plenty of closet and drawer space, as well as all of the same seaside décor as the rest of the house, serving as a constant reminder that you’re truly living in paradise. The master bedroom, in particular, along with its private lanai access, features an en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a walk-in shower, and luxuriating bathtub.

The house is filled with everything you need for your comfort and convenience, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, a washer and dryer, and four bicycles. You’ve also got beach essentials, like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella for that short drive to the silken white sands, turquoise ocean, and endless activities of the Paradise Coast.

You’re staying in the heart of the Island, just a short walk from some of the most popular attractions. One of these is the family-friendly Mackle Park and its covered basketball courts, volleyball, shuffleboard, tetherball, a soccer field, and for the younger kids, a splashpad and an enormous jungle gym in a pirate ship-themed playground.

So, bring your entire family and come enjoy a piece of paradise at this private tropical getaway.
