As you enter the first floor, the open layout blends the primary living room and dining area together for a welcoming entrance. The plush hardwood floors, tall ceilings, and fireplace add a touch of elegance to this home as guests relax and watch TV on the 2 linen couches and armchair. Host guests at the 8-seat dining table to eat or play board games before heading to the beach. The adjacent kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an extensive kitchen island with 5 bar stools. Even better than expected! The kitchen had everything we needed and more for our large family. Highly recommend.

Overall, it was a good place and location for a week with our family. We have older children so it was easy for them to get around to seaside, watercolor and the beach. The low speed vehicle was great to get around. My only criticisms are 1) the lack of an ice maker in the freezer. We had to run to Publix 6 or 7 times just to get ice. It was manageable, but inconvenient. 2) the outdoor maintenance crew needs to start later in the morning. We had several days where they were working with blowers and other loud equipment before 8am. These are all just inconveniences. Overall, we had a very nice vacation.

Overall great experience! Nice property, lovely home and awesome vacation. After a slow start with no access to the golf cart on day 1. Someone showed up on day 2 and fixed the issue. Smooth sailing after day 1 mishap! Only wished it was resolved sooner.

Our stay was wonderful. The house had everything we needed, just add groceries and we were set. We had a family of 91/2.. and we had all the space we needed. Spacious living room for watching movies. Lots of room to gather in the kitchen for coffee or making dinner. Screened in back porch for hanging out. The golf cart was a life saver getting around and to the beach. The only thing is I wish the location was closer to the beach.
