Situated in the city center, this welcoming apartment brings all of Paris within your reach. Your feet will make short work of the 9-minute walk to Champ de Mars or the 9-minute walk to Seine. Check out other neighborhoods and see more of Paris by hopping on a metro at either Dupleix Station, a short 2-minute walk away, or La Motte-Picquet - Grenelle Station, 5 minutes away.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll have a washer and dryer, too. Stayed for a week this summer. Wonderful location and neighborhood, quiet little street but close to transportation and loads of local shops and restaurants. The view of the Tower lit up at night was something our family will never forget. Antoine was a fantastic host, who met us on arrival to explain everything, and was a great communicator before and during our stay. We were there during a heat wave, and the lack of air conditioning was not a major issue, with windows open and fans on we were able to be comfortable enough. Highly recommend if you are looking for a "temporary local" experience in Paris!

The location is fantastic! You walk out and you have everything you need, cafes, fromagerie, poissonnerie, etc. You also have the view of the « tour Eiffel » The apartment is well equipped. We would like to return. Antoine was a great host!
