This Victorianesque home is the ultimate destination for a fabulous family reunion, family, group ski or snowmobile escape, or business retreat. Located at one of the most beautiful year-round vacation spots in the world, beautiful Bear Lake is only minutes from the front door, snowmobile and ATV from the parking area and skiing 15 minutes away at Beaver Mountain or golf at two course within a ten-minute drive.Our new home will give you an experience that will exceed all of your expectations. From the 18 unique bedrooms each with its own bathroom, and fabulous unique furnishings in all, two large gathering/meeting areas, you will not find a better setting for your vacation experience. We had a large family reunion - we LOVED having a private heated swimming pool and hot tub on property. When the hot tub stopped heating on the second day, Arla the host and Alvaro the maintenance person went beyond to help us increase the swimming pool temperature so we could all enjoy it. Alvaro came the next morning and stayed at the property to make sure things we working. The bedrooms were all well equipped and clean. The kitchen is well equipped for a large group - we had everything we needed! We watched a fun movie together one evening and it was easy to connect to streaming services on the large Tv In the main family room. We played a FUN game of volleyball on the large lawn area. Rode bikes down to the beach, and got raspberry shakes. Very close to the nearest beach. Wonderful and fast communication with the host always. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a huge family reunion, 60 peopleThis place was perfect for what we wanted and needed. The kitchen area is fantastic with 2 huge dining tables, lots of places for the kids to play I read something about the pools and in our experience the pools were great. Alvaro was amazing, anything we needed help with he was quick to reply. He was there every day checking on the pool and making sure things were great. We had a problem with one of the AC units, we texted him and it was changed out with a brand new one within an hour. Super responsive and extremely helpful. I know it's not typically hot there but we had a hot week and everything was great. Would highly reccomend and would go back for sure.

We enjoyed the space for our large family reunion. There were nice gathering spaces and plenty of bedrooms. Also, for each room to have a private bathroom was a definite plus. We loved the table space for meals and the central family room for gathering. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room.
The bedroom door locks are like hotel rooms and were not able to be used because the batteries were dead and did not respond to the key cards. That was a hassle.
Advertisement lists a king bed in all 18 rooms- this is not accurate. Only 5 of the rooms (mostly on the top floor) had king beds. The mattress pad covers were thin plastic covers that were wrinkly and loud (covered by a thin sheet).
The kitchen had a mix of stocked items. We loved the 3 refrigerator/freezers to accommodate 50+ people. It would have been nice to know more details on the “stocked kitchen”. The single (damaged) crockpot was not enough, and we were glad we brought a couple back-ups. Luckily, we also brought other needed pots and pans. There is an ice/water machine in the main kitchen area. Unfortunately, the ice maker was broken and the entire machine was dirty and needed to be cleaned. The lock on the house door to the pool wasn’t working, and there was no lock on the outside gate that led to the pool.
The Managers were friendly and responsive and came out for a couple needed fixes.
For the premium price that we paid, these issues should be easily addressed.
