The property was great for the solitude retreat that my friends and I were there for. There was enough room and space for everyone to spread out and have time alone. The location is perfect for a morning or evening walk. I appreciated the layout of the home. The breakfast area made it easy for some ladies to be in the kitchen working on meals, and still be engaged with those sitting around the table. Our host was available to answer our questions. It's a great place for families.

The house IS beautiful and large but there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper and 5 towels for a party of 10 for 2 days. The upstairs bath had to be plunged several times and there were only 2 extra kitchen trash bags and half a roll of paper towels. Not set up for a large family at all. The outside lawn chairs were busted also. This is my 3rd house I have rented in Boerne and will not rent it again.
