A little further up is the large swimming pool, where you can sunbathe and admire the relaxing landscape amongst the olive groves. The pool is shared and available to all guests staying at the property. The complex comprises not only holiday flats but also rooms to let, the guests of which also have access to the pool.



The house is ideally situated for visiting Arezzo (40 km) and its beautiful surroundings, as well as other interesting neighbouring towns such as Florence (40 km), Siena (57 km), the Chianti hills (30 km) and other areas renowned for their fine wines (Via dei Colli Aretini, Setteponti). Part of the access road is narrow (approx. 1.2 km long).
