The lovely kitchen has quartz countertops, custom cabinets, a farm sink with a pot filler, a dual fuel range with an electric oven and gas cooktop, a walk-in pantry, and a large kitchen island.  The fully equipped kitchen has all your dishware, glassware, and cookware, plus a Keurig Duo coffee maker, crockpot, blender, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher, and the refrigerator has a built-in ice maker. The dining table seats six and there is additional seating for five at the nearby kitchen island or dine outdoors at either the north or south deck outdoor tables. The primary bedroom has an incredible waterfront view, a King bed, a smart TV, laptop desk, a private bathroom, and French doors that open onto the waterfront-covered deck.  The attached primary bathroom has a walk-in shower and a large farm sink with two faucets.

The second and third bedrooms each have two sets of built-in bunk beds, including a Queen/Twin Bunk and a Twin/Twin Bunk in each room.  These two bedrooms share the second full bath located between the two bedrooms.
