The Ostseepalais faces the sea (along the beach promenade) and offers a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea from almost all apartments (except apartments 1 [&] 2). The Schloonpalais faces south (toward Bergstraße) and offers a beautiful view of Lake Schloon from the apartments; the lake has been redesigned with its own small promenade. From this building, you can reach the beach promenade via the underground parking garage (and directly from the Ostseepalais). You can’t live any closer to the beach!
