This well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to create a spectacular homecooked meal. Washer and dryer are located in the pantry off of the kitchen for your convenience. The open concept layout features a dining area with four seats and additional seating for two at the kitchen bar. Relax in the comfortable living area after a long day at the beach with a flat screen TV and sleeper sofa. Enjoy a beautiful Alabama sunset on the private terrace right off of the living area. The stunning main bedroom features a king-size bed with access to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity with large soaking tub and walk-in shower. SeaChase Resort is centrally located on the white sandy beaches of Orange Beach. Directly across the street you have access to two grocery stores. Start your morning off walking across the street to Café Beignet. Great restaurants in the area include Wolf Bay, Cobalt, The Gulf, CoastAL, and much more. Towards the west you are just minutes away from Gulf Shores and the State Park which includes 3.5 miles of beaches. The Wharf has an entertainment district with plenty of shopping.

Welcome to SeaChase Resort! Parking passes must be pre-purchased and vehicles will be registered at the guard shack. Parking passes are each $63 with a limit of 2 passes. When arriving at SeaChase Resort, your unit is in the building on the far right side. Take the elevator to the eighth floor and take a right and it's the first door you come to. We hope you enjoy your stay at SeaChase Resort! The key fob will be left for you. The key fob will be located hanging by the door upon arrival. These access the pool, beach and fitness center. There is a $100 charge if missing after check out.

Overall our stay was great. This was our first time in this unit but have stayed at SeaChase more than 10 times. The master bed was very comfortable, love the ice machine, lots of comfortable seating. We would choose this unit again!One frustrating thing was the elevator situation. One of them was down for most of our trip. Unfortunately this is common at SeaChase. It would be helpful for this unit to have more gate keys. There were just 2 of us, so having only 1 key was ok, but most units offer multiple gate keys. When you’ve got to have it to get to the beach, it’s helpful to have a few so each person can have one. We typically vacation with another couple. Sharing one gate key would be difficult.

The communication with the rental company was excellent. Very responsive and helpful. Unit overall clean and well stocked and great hot water! Great location, property very nice with multiple outdoor pools and hot tubs. A couple issues to note for this unit...a key fob is required to open a gate to access the beach and to use indoor pool/exercise room. Unit was provided only one key fob. Per rental company, the owner only provided one key fob so it was quite a challenge to coordinate several people coming and going to the beach needing in and out access. I have stayed in other units here and there were multiple fobs provided. The other issue is that the master bathroom overall clean with the exception of the master shower stall, mold on caulk, needs a deep clean. If these issues don't bother you, I'm sure you will enjoy your rental!

I hate to give this a three star because the unit is a 5 star plus. However the building where we stayed was struck by lightning the night before we were scheduled to leave and the elevators went down. We were on the 8th floor and had to carry our belongings down the stairs. Normally that would be fine but I have myasthenia gravis and my wife has severe neuropathy. We tried to reach the realtor to find out if they could help find some assistance for us and all of the others who were leaving but the phone was not answered and messages not returned. If the elevator gets repaired I would definitely recommend staying here. It’s clean and decorated beautifully. Just make sure you have a backup plan for yourself should something like this occur during your stay.
