The property where the house is located is a banana early last century.
The house has been carefully restored without losing its original style and character to become a precious and unique accommodation in the south of Tenerife.

Large garden with BBQ, porch with table and sofas, pergola next to the pool and hammocks.

The property is located in a quiet place and very close to the sea.
Perfectly situated to reach in a few minutes drive to any beach in Costa Adeje, Las Americas, Los Cristianos, Playa San Juan and Callao Salvaje. Also within 10 km the best restaurants, entertainment centers, shopping area and golf courses are located.
The environment allows the practice of sports and leisure.

Booked this as a last minute holiday. The process was easy and communication from the owner very good.
The property is lovely, air con throughout made the stay comfortable. The best bit about the property is the outside area. There are numerous areas with outside furniture to relax and the covered outside area was a great place to take lunch and stay out of the hot sun.
Would recommend to anyone. Only slight feedback is that the 4th bedroom is actually separate to the main house and doesn't have air con. We didn't need to use it but worth noting for those that do need it.

The villa is in a quiet location but within easy access of shops, activities, bars, restaurants etc if you have a car (less than 10 min drive to Callao Salvaje where you will find plenty of restaurants shops etc +15 mins drive to Costa Adeje)
The villa was very clean, with comfy beds and we found everything we needed. The pool was warm and we used it daily - even when the weather wasnt so great. Maria and Petra were very helpful and there was great communication from booking onwards. Petra kept in touch during our stay via WhatsApp and responded quickly to any queries we had.

We enjoyed staying in this house. The pool is great, the views are super. The location was not the best but within 30 min driving distance to Playa de las Americas and Los Gigantes

We had a most enjoyable stay at Tres Palmeiras with our adult family.
The property is away from the tourist crowds yet within easy reach of restaurants and shops.
The swimming pool, barbecue and garden worked particularly well for us and was sufficiently warm even in January . The house was spacious clean and well appointed.
We will be back!
