This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.
Please note: a $500 excessive cleaning charge may apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition (i.e. presence of vomit or urine cleaning, etc). We kindly ask you to respect our home like it was your own! 😊
Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.
If a pack n' play is needed for your stay, please request from us ASAP upon booking confirmation.

This was our third time staying here and it was amazing as usual. The view is stunning !! Short ride to the boardwalk was also a plus. We are already planning our next stay !!

The bathrooms could be updated, but very much needed to be thoroughly cleaned. The bed sheets were questionable on whether they had been cleaned, but I washed them, just in case. The beds were very comfortable. The rest of the condo was fantastic! Decorated very nicely. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Tv's in both bedrooms. We did not cook, but lots of appliances. There were some books, games and card games in the cabinets. The view from the entire condo was out of this world! Waking up in the second bedroom with nothing but a full ocean view-unbelievable. The balcony was HUGE with so many different views from sun up to sun down. Access to the beach was very easy. Lots of dolphins after sunrise. Loved this place and will definitely return again and again. The location was very good and close to everything.

Location is right on the beach and has wonderful views. Management company is gracious and prompt with responses. Minor issues with tub and parking addressed promptly. A very nice stay!

Perfect size. Balcony is Amazing!!! Oven was dirty and small leak in hallway bathroom shower.
