Clean home. Good location. The roku tv in the living room kept disconnecting from the internet, which was annoying. Kitchen had pretty much everything you would need! Property outside could use a little tlc, inside could use a little updating and some fresh paint. Overall, very happy and would definitely recommend.

Very easy to check in and the home was warm and inviting. Everything was very clean & super easy to communicate with the host. Would definitely recommend!

Clean house, nice neighborhood, beach proximity. Close to downtown/restaurants/bars. Good driveway space for vehicles. House was nice and clean. Front door and its hydraulic mechanism needs to be tightened or replaced. Wooden threshold step should be replaced. Back yard is nice, with a great fireplace. Bathroom and shower outfitted well with good water pressure and heat. Downstairs is nice with an additional TV and ping pong table. Really enjoyed our stay here, would stay again.

I will start by saying that the folks at Del Mar Vacations, the property manager were fantastic! We had a number of issues and they dealt with them immediately. What we were unhappy about was the general condition of the property and specifically, things like lights not working, poor condition of the grill and difficulty using the "smart" TV. And while we knew the property was tucked away in a residential area, we thought we'd be a bit closer to water. No such luck.
