This 3 story home offers the best of both worlds. Deeded beach access across Perdido Beach Boulevard at the Palm's. Where you have access to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and its pristine white sandy beach. Community swimming pool, Tennis courts, Club house and BBQ area all available to renters. Main floor has a Great Room with French doors leading to wraparound balcony overlooking the bay. Open house plan with fully furnished kitchen, dining room, Laundry room with full sized stacked washer and dryer. Master bedroom with king sized bed. Walk in closets. Full bath with garden tub and separate shower. Private balcony.
Down stairs has a second master bedroom en suite with king sized bed, closet and another private balcony overlooking the water.
Third floor has a private bedroom with a queen sized bed and full bath. Kids room with double bed, twin day bed with pull out trundle and an additional juvenile bed.
Additional point of interest: This lovely home is located right on the Cotton Bayou biking trail. This paved 15 mile multi-purpose "trail system"consists of six interconnected trails. Bike through six distinct ecosystems. Riding over cool creeks, a salt water marsh, sand dunes and freshwater swamps.

Nicest, safest place I have ever stayed at in OB. Kids loved it and caught some small fish right out the back door. Nice pool....great trip

It was a wonderful home in an amazing location. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back. Plenty of space and very convenient if you have a boat. The whole family loved it. Cant wait to come back!
