Furthermore the apartment has a well equipped fitted kitchen as well as a newly renovated barrier-free bathroom with a shower and a washing machine and thus offers space for 4 persons. There are also unique hiking trails, which lead you through the nearby high moorland area, Kendlmühlfilze. The nearby mountains Hochplatte, Hochgern, Hochlerch and Hochfelln offer various mountain and hiking tours, both with and without lift assistance. In winter, the cross-country skiing trail passes directly by the house. Lake Chiemsee can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by car where you can swim in the refreshing water on warm summer days.
